If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the dispute resolution procedure in Section 19 of our Terms of Service applies, including the informal resolution period, arbitration, and your right to opt out of arbitration. Your rights under federal and state consumer protection law are unaffected.

Consumers in the European Union. As a business established in Portugal, we inform you that consumer disputes may be referred to an alternative dispute resolution entity. The Portuguese electronic complaints book is available at livroreclamacoes.pt. Depending on the value and subject of the dispute, the competent entities include the Lisbon Consumer Dispute Arbitration Centre (Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa) and the National Consumer Conflict Information and Arbitration Centre (CNIACC). General information for consumers is available from the Directorate-General for Consumer Affairs (Direção-Geral do Consumidor). A list of recognized dispute resolution bodies across the European Union is published by the European Commission at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

Please note that the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and is no longer available. References to it elsewhere online are out of date.

This Legal Notice and the operation of this website are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country or state in which you habitually reside. Where you are a consumer resident in the United States, applicable federal and state consumer protection law continues to apply in full.
